Hello! I have a clean and simple card inspiration for you today using the A7 Lantern Pop-up Santas Village Add-on from Scrappy Tails crafts. These die sets are really meant for the A7 Lantern pop-ups as window designs for the lanterns but I wanted to show that there are other ways to use these!

Each set has three decorative window dies. First, I die-cut three pieces of the one with the church scene out of white cardstock. I also cut one piece of the scene with a big house. I trimmed off the decorative snowflakes at the top.
Next I added pieces of yellow post-its at the back of the windows of the one with a church scene and did the same with the one with the big house. Then I added two extra layers behind the church scene for added dimension.
I layered the window scenes one on top of each other, off-setting the big house scene slightly above the scene with the church.

The background was very simple, I ink blended a 2″ X 2″ piece of cardstock starting with Wilted Violet Oxide Ink and added Chipped Sapphire Oxide ink at the top. Then I splattered the panel with irridescent ink. I added to the back of the scene and trimmed off the excess.
I then adhered the scene on a textured cardstock panel measuring 2.75″X5.5″ after I stamped the sentiment “Joy to The World” with Obsidian Black Ink. I glued the panel on a 3.5″X6″ side folding mini slimline card. The sentiment is from the English Christmas Village Stamp Set.

I hope you were inspired!
Have a wonderful crafty day!
’til next time!
