Ditsy Print by Altenew

I decided to participate once again in the Altenew Inspiration Challenge because the color combo simply caught my eye. I had always wanted to try out this technique and I thought it would be perfect for the project.

Here in this card, I used the Ditsy Print Stamp by Altenew. I stamped it several times all over the card front to make a background pattern using versafine onyx black ink. I then filled in the blank spaces with a pen freehand style. Then broke out my Gansai Tambi watercolor set and proceeded to watercolor the flowers and leaves.

After watercoloring, I die cut the word HELLO using the Caps Bold Alpha DIE also from Altenew. I added shine to the die cuts with nuvo aqua shimmer pen then topped it up with glossy accents.

I mounted the base layer onto a card base. I then die cut the same letters from violet foam sheet and mounted it on the back of each letter. Then I adhered it onto the card.
