Here are my card inspirations for the hop. I created three cards using a technique on which I foil using stamps and a transfer gel. I have a video linked here where I show this technique.
I arranged most of the leaf cluster stamps from the stamp set on a piece of Jet Black cardstock on a Misti stamping tool. Then with a domed sponge tool, I took some Deco foil transfer gel and dabbed it lightly on the stamps. I closed the door of the Misti and pressed lightly to make sure the gel transfered onto the cardstock. Then I set it aside to dry. While I had my tools out, I stamped two more panels. I then immedialtely washed my stamps before the gel had time to dry on them.
Then once the panels were dry, I took out some Deco foil and cut them down to the same size as the panel. Then I foiled them using a Minc laminating machine. After foiling, I splattered each panel with metallic watercolors from the Metallic watercolor pan set.
I cut down each panel to 4″X5.25″ and matted them with coordinating mirror cardstock. I heat embossed the sentiments from the Warm Wishes sentiment onto a piece of Jet Black cardstock and mounted them onto the card panel using foam tape.
I finished the cards by embellishing them with sequins and baubles. I really loved how these cards turned out!
