Hoppy Birthday! A Blog Named Hero Challenge

Hi! I’m so glad you could drop by! Hope you find some inspiration here.

Originally these images I colored in were to be two separate cards. One was just to be a cupcake tier stand with a greeting and the other just a bunny birthday card. After coloring them in, I had an idea that together they would make a fun birthday card!

I colored the images with Prismacolor pencils. The bunnies are from the March 2017 Hero Arts My Monthly Hero Kit, which I was extremely fortunate to buy from a destash page. The cupcake tier stand is an add on from the latest My Monthly Hero February Kit. The Kit is sold out but the cupcake tier stamp is still available.

I used pattern paper for both the background and the table top. I ink blended the light green background with Peeled Paint Distress Oxide and the table top with Gathered Twigs. I used a Memory Box Scallop frame die to cut it out. After adhering all my elements, I mounted it on a 4.25″ X 5.5″ white card base.
