Lesson One:

Layered Stamping

For this card, I stamped several flowers and leaves from the VINTAGE Roses stamp set. Then, I fussy cut them all out and arranged them on the top most part of the card. The course required a diagonal cut on the card stock with a strip of some glitter embellishment, which I did using glitter paper. For the sentiment, I layered four “thanks” sentiments die cut from the SIGNATURE WORDS die set. I finished off with Wink of Stella in the flowers and the sentiment.

Lesson 2

Coloring with Alcohol Markers

This bird is from the PARADISE PARROT stamp set. I colored it with Studio 71 markers as I didn’t have any copics. Then fussy cut him. The background die is LEAF cover die. I used DIY alcohol inks for the back of the cover die. I put it all together and used the HELLO sentiment from the LABEL LOVE stamp set. Then finished it off with sequins.
